BSBIOS achieves Week of Occupational Accidents Prevention

The IIIrd Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes do Trabalho (SIPAT) 2010, promoted by the Comissão Interna de Prevenção a Acidentes (CIPA) Management 2010/2011 of BSBIOS, commenced last Monday (13) and lasted until December 17th, in the auditorium of the company. The event counted on lectures which focused on the prevention of occupational accidents, the care with the environment, worker's health, quality of life, cultural presentations, among others.

The opening counted on the presence of the saxophonist Rodrigo Ávila who played the National Brazilian Anthem, and on the communication of the result of the phrase contest, followed by a breakfast. The winner of the contest was Leandro Andrade Ribas of the Invoicing department, "It is not enough to know about security, it has to be applied, it is also not enough to fear accidents, they have to be avoided", he gained a purchase ticket to be used at Bourbon which is worth R$ 100,00. The closure will count on a presentation of the Grupo Teatro Timbre de Galo. The president of CIPA Patrícia F. Müller emphasizes the importance of the event. "We prepared several activities to promote health, the consciousness on security at work and the team's integration", she asserted.
