The Be8 Integrity Program was created with the purpose of guiding all decisions made by Be8 and its employees, ensuring that they adhere to the highest ethical standards and guaranteeing that business is conducted in an honest and transparent manner. Accordingly, based on market best practices, rules and guidelines were established, materialized in the Code of Conduct and other Policies, to prevent, detect, and respond to the risks of unacceptable practices.
The Compliance area is responsible for overseeing and verifying the adherence to and effectiveness of the Program, seeking to establish a culture of Compliance and ensure its continuous improvement. Its members must act as role models within the Company, inspiring confidence among employees and all participants in the Program, so that they feel comfortable speaking up whenever necessary.

Mais Integridade Seal
Integrity is certainly an unquestionable virtue, especially within an institution. Be8 upholds integrity as one of its core values, embedding in its culture the practice of not only being an ethical company but also ensuring full alignment with its conduct.
On February 23, 2022, Be8 received the 2021/2022 Agro Mais Integridade Seal, a recognition granted to companies that have adopted governance and management practices aimed at preventing misconduct, ensuring compliance with legislation, and evaluating integrity practices through the lens of social responsibility and sustainability.
The Agro Mais Integridade Seal is issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA) and was launched in 2017, establishing the Integrity Pact, which requires the implementation of internal policies, compliance procedures and rules aimed at anti‑corruption. To obtain the Seal, companies must demonstrate the existence of a compliance program, a code of ethics and conduct, effective whistleblowing channels, as well as actions focused on social and environmental responsibility, including training initiatives intended to improve organizational culture.
Pro‑Ética Company
Integrity, ethics, and commitment are essential values in promoting a more transparent and trustworthy environment. On November 30, 2023, the Vice President of Finance, Tulio Abi‑Saber, and the Compliance Specialist, Carime Estacia, attended the Pro‑Ética Company award ceremony, receiving the recognition on behalf of the Company. In this edition, 84 companies from various cities and business sectors across the country were honored.
The ceremony took place during the Corporate Integrity Day event. Pro‑Ética is an initiative of the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU) and Instituto Ethos, aiming to evaluate and recognize companies that adopt voluntary integrity measures focused on preventing, detecting, and remediating acts of corruption and fraud. This is the first time the Company has been granted the Pro‑Ética Company Award, a recognition of the work carried out by the entire Be8 team, aligned with the Company’s purpose of leading the energy transition, upholding product quality, excellence in relationships, and the commitment to reinventing the future every day.
