In order to contribute to the development of the communities in which it operates, Be8 supports socio‑environmental, sports, and cultural projects through private social investment.

Check out the initiatives supported by the company:

Lar Emiliano Lopes

It provides social interaction and bond‑strengthening services, assisting children aged 5 to 10 who are in situations of social vulnerability, and extending support to their families as well. The company has been a partner since 2012.

APAE

The Associação de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais (Association of Parents and Friends of Individuals with Disabilities) is committed to providing medical, psychological, educational, and social assistance to people with Intellectual and/or Multiple Disabilities. The Passo Fundo unit serves 350 individuals, while the Marialva unit assists 100 individuals. The company has supported the institution since 2013 in Passo Fundo and since 2018 in Marialva.

Art Transformation Project

It offers digital inclusion classes, tutoring, capoeira, music and others activities  to the children of waste pickers from Vila Popular, in Passo Fundo. They have been partners since 2010.

NGO Amor - Agentes do Amor Divino

A social, community‑based, and philanthropic organization that carries out actions aimed at promoting well‑being and improving the quality of life of families and individuals living in situations of social vulnerability. They have been partners since 2018.

Convidas

The Associations for Wildlife Conservation  supports and carries out programs dedicated to research, conservation, and the well‑being of threatened wildlife, focusing on monitoring, protecting, and, when necessary, sheltering and preserving animals in distress.

Rotary Foundation

The partnership takes place through the Empresa Cidadã (Citizen Company) program, which enables the implementation of social projects and promotes improvements in the quality of life of the communities served by Rotary. The partnership includes the Rotary Club of Erechim and the Rotary Club of Passo Fundo – Planalto Médio.

Pro‑Safety Community Council

The financial support is directed to the public safety sector of Passo Fundo, enabling investments in protective equipment.

Cultural Events

The following cultural events in Passo Fundo were sponsored: Passo-fundense Academy of Letters Week, Christmas Cantata, and the International Folklore Festival.

Sports Projects

Be8 also believes that sports are an important tool for social inclusion and for developing human capabilities. For this reason, the company supports sports projects aimed at vulnerable communities, students, and other groups.

Sport Clube Gaúcho

A professional adult men’s soccer team from the city of Passo Fundo, supported by Be8 for 12 years.  The company also holds the naming rights to the Be8 Arena, which includes a stadium and a gymnasium. In 2022, the club carried out a social project with 100 children and adolescents aged 6 to 17, providing not only soccer lessons but also meals and uniforms.

Clube Atlético Guarany

A professional adult men's teams,  which include youth categories from U‑9 to U‑15, from Espumoso (RS). They carry out social initiatives and offer free training programs to underprivileged communities in the municipality.

Be8/UPF

An adult women’s volleyball team that promotes athlete development, prioritizing those who are able to combine sports with academic studies. It is a reference in university tournaments in the city of Passo Fundo (RS). Over ten years of support for the project, 15 athletes have been trained.

Esporte Clube Passo Fundo

A professional men’s soccer team with youth squads ranging from U‑8 to U‑15, in addition to the adult category.

Associação Passo Fundo Futsal

A professional adult men’s futsal team. It offers soccer training programs and a social project called Escola na Cabeça e no Esporte, aimed at children from the municipal school system.
